Product Usage: This product uses a fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source. By simulating the ultraviolet radiation in natural sunlight, accelerated weather resistance tests are conducted on materials and products to obtain results of aging resistance changes. Widely applicable to non-metallic materials, organic materials (such as coatings, paints, rubber, plastics, and their products);

1、 Main technical parameters

2、 Light source:
1. The light source adopts four UV series fluorescent tubes with a rated power of 40W as the light source, which are distributed in parallel at the top of the test box;
2. The standard lamp has UVA-340 or UVB-313 light sources for users to choose from and configure; (Choose one)
The emission spectrum energy of UVA-340 lamps is mainly concentrated between 315nm and 400nm wavelengths;
The emission spectrum energy of UVB-313 lamp mainly concentrates between 280nm and 315nm wavelengths;

3、 Box material:
1. The shell is treated with A3 steel plate spray coating;
2. The inner liner is made of stainless steel plate;
3. The box door is treated with A3 steel plate anti-static spray coating;
4. Four UV series ultraviolet lamps are installed on the top of the studio;

4、 Control system:
1. Adopting intelligent Korean ternary imported temperature control instruments with a control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃;
2. Temperature control adopts P I.D ＋S.S.R, Coordinated control of the system on the same channel can improve the stability and lifespan of control components and interface usage;
3. Touch button based settings, digital and direct display;
4. Having P I. The automatic calculation function of D can reduce the inconvenience caused by manual setting;

5、 Safety protection device:
1. Protective door lock: If the door of the box is opened when the lamp is on, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply to the lamp and enter a balanced cooling state to prevent harm to the human body;
2. Over temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 80 ℃, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply to the lamp and heater, and enter a balanced cooling state;
